Coming in 8.82 – Campaign Management!

SAP are introducing a much sought after addition to the SAP Business One solution – Campaign Management. This will enable you to create, maintain, and analyse your marketing event information. You will be able to manage a promotional campaign by:

• Creating and maintaining target groups

• Creating a campaign using the Campaign Generation Wizard

• Managing the campaign data

• Generating leads and sales opportunities directly from a campaign

• Analysing campaigns based on the Campaign List report

This is just one of the exciting new features that 8.82 will have to offer!

8.82 is due for release Q1 2012 and in the meantime myself and my colleagues will be providing snapshots of the interesting things to come.
