SAP Business One comes complete with a Human Resources
(HR) Module to enable you to track details on your employees. Employees can be set up as sales
people or technicians the details of which are then available to other relevant modules within SAP
B1. This negates the need for you invest in or maintain separate human resources software by
integrating the function within a single system.
The HR module stores all data relating to the employee
such as date of birth and start date. The system also allows for the tracking of skills which
assists in the selection of technicians within the service module, absences and salary
details.
Using SAP Business One’s alerting module alerts can be
created for line managers when an employee’s probation is coming to an end or their annual review
is due.

passport and ID number, phone numbers, and home and work addresses
