Intelligent Distribution for SAP Business One

Intelligent Distribution provides stock scanning for receiving and delivering goods with SAP Business One

Intelligent Distribution is a SAP B1 distribution add on which provides additional functionality that will allow users to easily scan stock in and out or transfer it from a workstation by means of a tethered or Bluetooth scanner. It extends the stock management element of the SAP Business One negating the need for any additional stock management software.

Functionalities

	Receiving Stock	Within SAP Business one, users have a dedicated screen that allows them to generate a goods receipt. This can be either based on single or multiple purchase orders. The user can also generate a goods receipt without a purchase order if needed.
	Dispatching Stock	Equally when it comes to delivering goods to customers, the user can enter a dedicated screen that will allow them to create a delivery to a customer, either based on one or multiple sales orders to that customer. The user can also create a direct delivery using Intelligent Distribution.
	Warehouse Transfers	A stock transfer screen is available in SAP Business 1, again aimed at providing the option to scan the products and batches. It allows the transfer of stock from a warehouse to multiple other warehouses and fits in seamlessly with the existing SAP Business One stock transfer transaction.
