Dawn Parker, Technical Director for IIS, began her career in the IT department of Rolls Royce Engines followed by Massey Ferguson in 1979 where she became a project manager specialising in distribution systems. From there she moved to a software house, implementing inventory management software in the automotive sector worldwide. Dawn then took on management roles with Unipart and later Maxima Group for teams developing and implementing Dealer Systems and ERP software and subsequently joined IIS in 2006.

When SAP Business One was launched in March 2003, Dawn was one of the first consultants to be certified. She has worked with 150+ customers and has completed 30+ successful installations as the lead consultant.

A passionate individual, her enthusiasm for her work life reverberates at high decibels with her highly acclaimed choral singing.
